1. RETURN ORDER TO STORE

STRATAGEE will gladly offer a store credit for the return of any regularly priced merchandise within 10 days after receipt of the item(s). All sale item(s) are final. We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued. The shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Therefore, your store credit will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only.

Customers wishing to receive a store credit for purchased merchandise must complete the return process detailed below.

 

2. RETURN PROCESS


  1. Complete the Return Form that is included with your package.

  2. Mail the items you wish to return back to the address provided on the top of the return form within 10 days of receipt of the item(s). **Item(s) returned after 10 days of receipt or show evidence of wear will be destroyed and not returned or exchanged. ** You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs to return your item(s). This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new item(s).

  3. Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price of the returned item(s) only.

RETURN CONDITION
Please package the item(s) being returned in the original packaging along with the return form.  STRATAGEE has the right to deny the return of any item(s) that appear worn, washed, or do not have the original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrance, and deodorant.

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Items are estimated to deliver within 2-3 business days after they have been shipped.  This is the In-Transit Time only and does not include the processing time of 2-3 business days.

*Please note if we are vending for an event this will delay your ship date. All orders will ship in the order in which they were placed.

 

4. DO YOU HAVE A SIZING GUIDE?

The sizing of each product varies. Please refer to the description of the product for details on fit and sizing.

 

5. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

STRATAGEE will gladly offer store credit for the return of any regularly priced merchandise. All Sale items are final! We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Process and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.

 

6. I AM IN LOVE WITH AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?

If an item is out of stock, contact us to enter your email address and you will be notified when the item has been restocked.
